Nothing is left to chance.
Eight stages take a commission from a first conversation to a finished room. You know where the work stands at every one of them.

Discovery
We begin by listening. How you live, how you work, what you already own and love, and what the space has never quite managed to do for you.
- 02
Consultation
A conversation at the studio or on site with our designers. We look at references, discuss scope and budget openly, and agree what the project should achieve.
- 03
Measurements
Our team surveys the site to the millimetre. Walls are rarely straight and floors are rarely level; everything we make is drawn to the room as it actually is.
- 04
Design
Layouts, elevations and 3D views, refined with you until every proportion, opening and junction is resolved. Nothing goes to the workshop on an assumption.
- 05
Material Selection
Veneers, timbers, stone, metal, leather and fabric are chosen in hand, under real light, from physical samples. You approve what you have seen and touched.
- 06
Production
Each piece is cut, joined, finished and inspected in our own workshop. Machine precision for accuracy, hand work for everything a machine cannot judge.
- 07
Installation
Our own fitters install the work, protect the site, align every reveal and leave the room ready to use. The people who made it are the people who fit it.
- 08
After Sales
We return to adjust, maintain and refresh. Timber moves with the seasons and homes change with the years; the relationship does not end at handover.
